Returns
Are you not satisfied with the product? This is okay and this can happen. You can return it within 14 days. It is not mandatory to state the reason, but we are curious.
It is okay to try on the product and show it to your family. You may want to hear opinions from others. That is allowed and possible! Just make sure that the product remains tidy. Leave all cards attached until you are sure you want to keep the product. Why? We may be able to make others happy with the product.
Registration
We would like it if the return is registered via our mail info@kenzellaey.com. Mention your name, the products and the order number in the email so that it is clear to us. After we have received the registration, we will send a return label. The return label can be used up to 7 days after receipt. If you use it, we will withhold €8.95 during the refund of the purchase amount. This means that you do not have to pay anything at the post office. This only applies to returns in the Netherlands and Belgium.
After we have received the shipment, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
