Article 2 – APPLICABILITY

1. We want you to be satisfied with the products you buy from us.

2. This is a condition that applies to EVERYTHING you buy from us.

3. The law states how we treat each other.  We will do our best to show this.

4. It can sometimes happen that we offer different conditions for products. If conflicting conditions arise, we will see what is the best solution for you.

Article 3 – THE OFFER

1. We will do our best to provide as much information as possible about the products you purchase from us.

2. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail stating the total costs.

3. Immediately after receipt of your payment, we will start to prepare your order. We pack all orders as a nice package.

4. We want you to be satisfied with the product.

Article 4 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, INCLUDING EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

1. Are you not satisfied with the product?  This is okay and this can happen. You can return it within 14 days. It is not mandatory to state the reason, but we are curious.

2. After the package has been received, the amount will be refunded to your account number within 14 working days.

3. We would appreciate it if the return is registered via our mail info@kenzellaey.com. Please include your name, products and order number in the mail so that it is clear to us. After we have received the registration, we will send a return label. The return label can be used up to 7 days after receipt. If you make use of this, we will withhold € 8.95 during the refund of the purchase amount. This means that you do not have to pay anything at the post office. This only applies to returns in the Netherlands and Belgium.

4. It is okay to try on the product and show it to your family. You may want to hear opinions from others. That is allowed and possible! Just make sure that the product remains tidy. Leave all cards attached until you are sure you want to keep the product. Why? We may be able to make others happy with the product.

Article 5 – PAYMENT

1. All payments are made in advance. We offer the following payment methods: prepayment via iDeal, transfer via various banks and credit card. You agree that invoices will only be received in electronic form.

Article 6 – WARRANTY

We believe that you deserve a good product. Are you not satisfied or is there something wrong with the product? That can happen. Don’t panic and always stay positive, because we would like to solve it together with you. We will stick to the official rules.

Article 7 – DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

1. All articles from the online shop are available. Unfortunately, it may be that it is unexpectedly no longer available. We will inform you as soon as possible in that case.

2. We aim to ship all orders within the Netherlands within 2 to 4 working days after receipt of payment. Orders abroad can take 5 to 6 working days.

3. If the ordered product breaks or gets lost before it reaches you or a person designated by you, we will solve it for you.  We are legally responsible for it until you receive your product at home.

4. For shipping within the Netherlands we charge € 8.95 per order. Shipping to Belgium we charge € 13.95 per order.

Article 8 – COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

1. Do you have a complaint? We have drawn up an official complaints procedure.

* If you have a complaint, please let us know as soon as possible. Explain the problem as best you can. You can do this via info@kenzellaey.com

* We try to offer a solution immediately.  If we need more time for a solution, we will report this

2. You may not be happy with the solution we offer. In that case, you can decide to forward your complaint to the Disputes Committee.
